GDPR at E-Space

In accordance with the new European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") that will come into force on May 25, 2018, E-Space will make some minor changes in our services and conditions. Those of you who uses our services will not notice any significant changes, but since there are a lot of discussions around GDPR we want to inform you what we are doing and why.

E-Space will also in the future take the full responsibility for all personal data that are collected in our services. We will of course always handle personal data according to laws and regulations. Since this regulation will be updated in May we have made some changes in our database structures and internal policies. The only changes we need to make for our customers are in the questionnaire to make the consent clearer and to avoid collecting personal data in open answers.

All new services starting from February 1, 2018 will contain the new questionnaires. In already active surveys we will make the changes during April and May 2018. If you have an active survey from us during that period, you will be contacted and informed about when we will do the updates of the questionnaire.

E-Space have identified all the personal data that have been collected over the years. After analysing the data we have decided how every element should be handled. All the data in our databases have legal support by consent. We have also introduced new policies and processes for handling the records.
