WEB SURVEYS
Our web survey tool, Sitester Survey, has been developed over many years to capture as solid results as possible from users in action. We are careful to ask the right questions at the right time to the right user. Over 8 000 000 respondents from all over the world have completed our web survey.

APP SURVEYS
Our app survey is a lightweight version of the web survey. Between 20 % and 40 %  of users complete the app survey.

TRACKING
We use data from major tracking services, mainly Google Analytics. We track every user and every survey respondent to be able to do a detailed analysis of target group behaviour and conversion.

E-MAIL SURVEYS
To follow up and complement the online surveys and to analyse customer satisfaction we use e-mail surveys to target specific groups or panels. Used e.g. for A/B testing or CSI.

SOCIAL MEDIA SURVEYS
We survey several social media, e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
